| Director (Human Resource) | • Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management from an HEC recognized University / Institution. • Preference will be given to higher qualification in relevant field. | • Minimum 15-17 years’ relevant experience including 10 years of University experience in HR recruitment and management, at similar position, in reputed public sector Universities/Organizations. • Experience in a Medical University / Academic Institution / setups will be an added preference. • Working experience in formulation / implementation of HR related policies. • Well versed with Government Rules & Regulations of HEC / PM&DC / PNC and other relevant regulatory bodies. • Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. |
| Managing Editor | • Ph.D. / M.Phil., preferably in Community Medicine with basic degree of MBBS from HEC recognized University / Institution. • Preference will be given to higher qualification. | • Minimum 10-15 years relevant experience including 5-7 years of working experience in academic management in reputed public / private / autonomous, national or international organizations. • Experience as Managing Editor of Peer Reviewed Multidisciplinary Journal will be preferred. • Minimum 10-15 publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals. • Demonstrated experience as a reviewer for peer-reviewed national and international journals and research grant applications. |
| Assistant Director (Administration) | • Masters / Bachelor or equivalent degree preferably in Management / Administration from HEC recognized University / Institution. • Preference will be given to higher qualification. • Must be computer savvy. | • Minimum 7 Years of post-qualification relevant experience including 5 years of working experience in general administration, management, transportation, store & office administration in reputed public / private sector organizations respectively. • Experience at University / Academic administration setups will be an added preference. • Conversant with government rules & regulation including PPRA etc. • Should have strong verbal / written communication skills. |
| Audit Officer | • Masters / Bachelor or equivalent degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce from HEC recognized University / Institution. • Preference will be given to higher qualification in relevant field. • Must be computer savvy. | • Minimum 4-5 Years relevant experience including 2-3 years of working experience in the areas of Audit & Taxation, Financial management and Inspections in public / private sector National & International. |
