| Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) | • Qualifications: Valid ATPL/CPL with Instrument Rating (IR), Flight Instructor Rating, Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate. • Experience: Minimum 1500 total flying hours (preferred 2000 flying hours), ICAO English Language Proficiency Level-4 or above, approved Person Exam (AP-1) cleared (preference given). • Professional history demonstrating safe flying practices and compliance with PCAA regulations, minimum of 10 years of working experience in civil aviation setup under PCAA. |
| Captain (C208B) | • Qualifications & Experience: Valid PCAA CPL(A) and type-rating endorsement, minimum flight experience – 2340 hours, minimum experience: 300 hours on C208B, valid PCAA Class-1 medical. • No accident records attributable to pilot error; experience in VIP flying will be an added advantage. |
| Chief Engineer | • Qualifications & Experience: PCAA AME License Holder, Bachelor’s degree, PCAA Approved Maintenance Manager / CAMO Manager. • Type rated on Learjet 45XR, Mi-171E, and Cessna 208B, minimum aircraft maintenance experience of 25 years with min 10 years in a managerial role. |
| Aircraft Engineer | • Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical / aeronautical engineering from a recognized university / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME). • Aircraft Maintenance License: B1.1, B1.3, B1.2 or B2 (preferably B1+B2), type rated on Learjet 45, Mi171, and C208B. • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably technical maintenance. |
| Aircraft Technicians | • Qualifications & Experience: Minimum FA/FSc/DAE (preferably young, PCAA qualified). • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in PCAA infrastructure, qualified on Learjet 45, C208B, Mi-171. • Working experience in VIP operations and ANO 145 environment. |
| Maintenance Planner / CAMO Officer | • Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning, CAMO, or a Part-145 environment. • Basic knowledge of Part-145, Part-CAMO, aircraft maintenance program, AOC, SSA. • Ability to prepare maintenance forecasts, work packages, due lists, and technical records. |
| Crew Chief / Flight Engineer | • Qualifications & Experience: Education FA/FSc/DAE. • Minimum 15 years Crew Chief / Flight Engineer experience (preferably on PCAA environment), hardcore experience in air ambulance operations, qualified on Learjet 45/Mi171/C208B. |
| Flight Dispatcher | • Qualifications & Experience: Education BA, valid FCC licence, valid Class-2 medical, FCC-DGR course qualified. • Minimum 03 years’ experience as a flight dispatcher / turn-off coordinator (TOC) experience. |
| Store Keeper | • Qualifications & Experience: Minimum FA/FSc/DAE. • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, and turbine engine aircraft spares. • Aviation technical store management experience. |
| Administrator VIP Lounge | • Qualifications & Experience: Minimum MBA. • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in house-keeping/hospitality service in a reputed hotel. |
| Drivers | • Qualifications & Experience: Valid HTV/LTV driving license. • Minimum 3 years of driving experience, experience in cable retrieval or ground support operations preferred. |
| Helper | • Qualifications & Experience: Middle/Matric (preferred). • Physically fit with the ability to assist technical and ground staff, willingness to work in operational and field environments. |
| Sweeper | • Experience: Physically fit with the ability to perform sweeper and cleanliness job. • Willingness to work in operational and field environments. |

- Required Documents for Submission: Applicants must submit attested copies of educational certificates, professional licenses/ratings, experience certificates, computerized CNIC, local/domicile certificate, valid medical certificate (where applicable), and a recent passport-size photograph.
Terms & Conditions
- Selection & Criteria: Selection shall be purely on qualifications and merit. All licenses, qualifications, and certifications must be valid and recognized by PCAA, and compliant with ANO and ATO requirements.
- Contract Nature: Appointments shall be made on a private contract.
- Competent Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the recruitment process for a particular appointment at any stage without assigning any reason.
- Age Limit: Maximum age for all appointments is 60 years (age relaxation may be considered based on experience).
- Interviews & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
- Legal Action: Submission of false, forged, or misleading information will result in disqualification and legal action under applicable laws.
