| Director (HR & Admin) | • Minimum 16 years’ education in Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration (MPA), Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities from HEC recognized national or foreign universities. • Preference to M.Phil/PhD degree holders. | • At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium and large sized organization of developing and implementing HR policies, service rules, disciplinary frameworks, leading organizational restructuring and workforce planning, legal cases, and regulatory compliance. • Performance management system design and implementation, administrative operations, asset management, and procurement oversight. • Preference for experience with Government agencies, NGOs, international/domestic donor organizations, and education sector knowledge. |
| Director (Partnership & Collaboration) | • Minimum 16 years education in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development, or Social Sciences from HEC recognized universities. • Preference to M.Phil/PhD degree holders. | • At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in resource mobilization and fundraising from donors (bilateral, multilateral) and corporate sector (CSR). • Developing and managing institutional partnerships and MoUs, strategic communication, branding, media relations, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, proposal writing, and donor reporting. • Preference for experience with Government agencies, NGOs, international/domestic donor organizations, and education sector knowledge. |
| Director (Academics & Research) | • Minimum 16 years education in Education Planning, Research, or Curriculum Development, Management Sciences, and Social Sciences from HEC recognized universities. • Preference to M.Phil/PhD degree holders. | • At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in research/curriculum design, review, and alignment with national standards. • Educational research methodologies and impact assessment, teacher professional development and capacity building. • Academic quality assurance and school improvement frameworks, policy analysis, and evidence-based reform. • Preference for experience with Government agencies, NGOs, international/domestic donor organizations, and education sector knowledge. |
| Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) | • Minimum 16 years education in Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences MIS, Mathematics from HEC recognized universities. • Preference to M.Phil/PhD degree holders. | • At least 10 years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in developing & designing and implementing M&E frameworks for large-scale programs. • Developing KPIs, logical frameworks, data collection tools, managing centralized data systems, and ensuring data integrity. • Conducting impact evaluations and third-party verifications, reporting to donors and senior management. • Preference for experience with Government agencies, NGOs, international/domestic donor organizations, and education sector knowledge. |
| Chief Audit Officer | • ACCA/ICMA/CA or Minimum 16 years of Education in the field of Finance, Accounting, or Commerce equivalent from HEC recognized universities. | • At least five (05) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors specifically in internal audit, risk management, and compliance. • Conducting risk-based internal audits, evaluating internal controls, suggesting improvements, ensuring compliance with financial and administrative rules. • Investigating financial irregularities, preparing audit reports, liaising with external auditors (AG Office). • Experience dealing with Medium to High Revenue projects/programs/programs reporting requirements, disbursement procedures, submission of withdrawal applications, maintenance of Special Drawing Accounts and Government accounting procedures preferred. |
| Assistant Director (Training & OAT) | • Minimum 16 years education of Education Planning HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field from HEC recognized universities. • Preference to M.Phil/PhD degree holders. | • At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post qualification experience in public/private sectors of organizing training workshops and events. • Maintaining training attendance records and data basis, assisting in the development of training materials, compiling training data for reports. • Preference for experience with Government agencies, NGOs, international/domestic donor organizations, and education sector knowledge. |

- Online Portal: Interested candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria must submit their applications online through the Punjab Job Portal at https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk. Applications received through courier, email, or by hand will not be entertained.
- Application Processing Fee: Applicants are required to deposit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- against each post through https://peima.pesrp.edu.pk/user/generate_challan. The applicant will upload the payment evidence at the time of submission of application on the Job Portal. Applications submitted without valid proof of deposit will be rejected.
- Incomplete Applications: Applications received after the closing date, incomplete applications, or applications without required information/documents shall not be entertained.
- Government Servants: Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Organizations shall apply through the proper channel and shall produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC), wherever applicable.

- Shortlisting & Interviews: Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be called for written test and/or interview.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test and/or interview.
- Disqualification: Any information/document found to be vague, false, forged, misleading, or intended to influence the recruitment process shall result in disqualification at any stage, besides initiation of legal proceedings under applicable laws.
- Equivalence: Equivalence of degree/qualification shall be applicable for all positions as per HEC notifications.
- Authority Rights: PEIMA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts, cancel or withdraw any or all positions, or hold recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
