| Project Engineer (Civil) | BE Civil Engineering from HEC-recognized University with at least 7 years’ relevant experience in road/highway or infrastructure construction. |
| Project Engineer (Electrical) | BE Electrical Engineering from HEC-recognized University with at least 7 years’ relevant experience in road lighting, traffic signals and electrical infrastructure. |
| Project Engineer (Mechanical) | BE Mechanical Engineering from HEC-recognized University with at least 7 years’ relevant experience in construction machinery, pumps and mechanical systems. |
| Admin/HR Officer | BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in HR/administration, preferably in development projects. |
| Accounts Officer | B.Com / M.Com / ICMA (Inter) or equivalent with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in project accounting and financial reporting. |
| Office Assistant | Bachelor’s Degree (14 years education) with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in office coordination, documentation and record management. |
| Driver | Middle Pass with valid LTV/HTV driving licence and at least 5 years’ driving experience. |
| Naib Qasid | Primary/Middle Pass with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in office support duties. |
