- How to Apply: Eligible candidates residing in District Pakpattan must submit their application on plain paper along with required documents to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Arifwala.
- Attested Documents to Attach:
- Valid CNIC copy
- Domicile certificate copy (District Pakpattan)
- Educational certificates / diplomas (if any)
- Experience certificates
- Attested copies of recent photographs
- Original Documents: Candidates must present original CNIC, educational documents, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
Key Terms & Conditions
- Tenure: Recruitment is purely on a temporary basis for 89 days via daily wages / prescribed government rates and confers no right for permanent appointment or extension.
- Selection Policy: Recruitment will be made in accordance with the prevailing recruitment policy/instructions of the Government of Punjab on merit.
- Attendance & Salary: Selected candidates must mark daily attendance via the hospital’s biometric system. Wages will be disbursed solely based on biometric attendance via cross check or bank account.
- Absence / Termination: Unannounced absence without biometric attendance for 2 consecutive days will result in termination from service. Unsatisfactory performance or complaints will lead to immediate dismissal without prior notice.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
