Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, & progress tracking.
- Prepare & review drawings, BOQs, & technical specifications.
- Monitor project cost, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor data, and MIS reports.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and handover files.
- Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) & engineering standards.
- Process purchase requisitions and orders for project materials.
- Follow up with suppliers & ensure delivery of materials to site.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, stores, and teams.
- Support electrical system installation and commissioning.
- Identify vendors, obtain quotations, & prepare comparisons.
Requirements & Candidate Profile
- Education: BS Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university (fresh graduate).
- Skills: Good command of MS Office, especially Excel. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or ERP is a plus.
- Competencies: Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Eager to learn, with ownership, teamwork, and willingness to travel to project sites when required.
