Available Positions Details

Name of Post with BPS	Qualification Required
Junior Clerk (BPS-11)	(a) At least Second Class FA/F.Sc. or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; and (b) A speed of 30 words per minute in typing and knowledge of computer in MS Office.

Terms & Conditions

Quota Eligibility: Applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Areas under the “5% Minority Quota”.
Screening Test & Scrutiny: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials provided, followed by detailed scrutiny by the Selection Board/Committee.
Age Relaxation: General age relaxation will be admissible as per existing government rules.
Government Employees: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
Authority Rights: Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.

Form Availability: Online Application Form is available on the ETEA website starting 15th Oct, 2026.
Last Date to Apply: Last date for submission of online application is 30th Oct, 2026.
Fee Submission: Generate an online deposit slip, get CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise, and deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa app/agent or any branch of UBL Bank.
Roll No. Slips: Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.
