Position	Requisite Qualifications & Experience
Director Human Resource	Master / MBA Degree (Sixteen Years Education) with specialization in HRM/HRD from HEC recognized University. Minimum Ten (10) years of post-qualification HRM experience including Six (06) years in HR leadership role i.e Director/CHRO/Head of HR or Deputy Director / Manager HR in a large public/private Sector Organization. Experience in tertiary care Hospital shall be preferred. Familiar with tools of human resources including HRIS, Microsoft Office, and file management.
Deputy Director Human Resource	Master / MBA Degree (Sixteen Years Education) with specialization in HRM/HRD from HEC recognized University. Minimum Six (06) years of post-qualification HRM experience in a large public/private Sector Organization. Experience in tertiary care Hospital shall be preferred. Familiar with tools of human resources including HRIS, Microsoft Office, and file management.

Terms & Conditions

Governing Rules: The service of the incumbents will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.
Employment Status: In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time institutional employee and will have to submit accepted resignation from his/her current employment, local or foreign, including from the civil service of Government.
Disqualification: Candidate will be disqualified/terminated if found committing any perjury in his/her documentation/credentials at any stage.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
Influence Policy: Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant.
