Application Process & Submission Guidelines
- Dual Submission Mandatory: Applicants must apply online through the UOG Job Portal at jobs.uog.edu.pk AND submit a hard copy of the application dossier.
- Important Deadlines:
- Online Form Submission Deadline: 10-11-2026.
- Hard Copy Submission Deadline: 12-11-2026.
- Processing Fee: The processing fee must be paid via the auto-generated challan through Bank of Punjab (BOP) using the prescribed bank challan or 1-Bill/1-Link. The original paid challan receipt must be attached to the hard copy application dossier.

- Eligibility Reference: Eligibility in all respects will be reckoned up to the closing date of online form submission (10-11-2026).
- Incomplete Applications: Incomplete online or hard copy applications, or those received after the stipulated deadlines, will not be entertained.
- Government Servants: Regular, contract, or ad-hoc employees must apply through the proper channel, attaching an NOC from their parent institution along with an Experience Verification Proforma (EVP).
- Equivalence: Degrees requiring equivalence from HEC, PEC, or Inter Boards Chairman Committee must be accompanied by the relevant equivalence certificate.
