How to Apply & Important Terms
- Application Form & Eligibility:
- Prescribed application forms and eligibility criteria for non-faculty positions can be downloaded from www.smszu.edu.pk or obtained from the Registrar’s Office, SMSZU, Khuzdar.
- Eligibility for faculty positions is as per HEC Faculty Appointment Criteria.
- Fee Submission: Deposit the non-refundable fee at UBL, Khuzdar via Bank Challan, or pay through Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of the Registrar, SMSZU, Khuzdar. The original Challan/Demand Draft/Pay Order must be attached with the application.
- Required Documents: Submit the duly filled application form, updated CV, attested copies of all educational/experience documents, CNIC, Local/Domicile certificate, and three recent passport-size photographs.
- Government Employees: Candidates serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- Last Date for Submission: Applications must reach the Office of the Registrar by Friday, 6 November 2026.
