Position & Department	Qualification & Required Experience
1. Director Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department	• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 13 years with active practice (Bar-at-Law or LL.M. with regulatory/corporate litigation experience preferred). • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including 13 years as a High Court Advocate with proven experience independently handling corporate and criminal prosecution (white-collar crime) and advisory.
2. Additional Director Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department	• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 10 years with active practice. • Experience: At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including 10 years as a High Court Advocate with proven experience handling corporate/criminal prosecution (white-collar crime) and advisory.
3. Joint Director Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department	• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 8 years with active practice. • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including 8 years as a High Court Advocate with proven experience handling corporate/criminal prosecution (white-collar crime) and advisory.
4. Deputy Director Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department	• Qualification: LL.B. or LL.M. from an HEC-recognized university. Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 4 years with active practice. • Experience: At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including 4 years as an Advocate of High Court.
