- Application Deadline: 13th November, 2026. Applications received through post / hard copy shall not be entertained.
- Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates fulfilling the criteria will be shortlisted for initial screening test (Objective type) which will be followed by shorthand and typing test, before calling for interview.

- Age Calculation & Relaxations: Age and qualification shall be examined as on the closing date for receipt of applications. Further age relaxations are admissible as per rules (e.g., 5 years to candidates belonging to Balochistan Province, PWDs, etc.).
- Government Servants: Government Servants / Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous / Corporation employees shall be required to apply through proper channel.
- Ineligibility: Result awaited candidates on closing date are not eligible to apply, and dual nationality holders are not eligible.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in any test/interview.
