Professional Credentials & Short-listing Criteria
- Professional Credentials:
- Experience in drafting or reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MOUs, Contracts, and other Legal Documents.
- Preferably having an understanding of International Law and skills of rendering legal opinion on policy and regulatory matters and experience in legislative drafting.
- Short-listing Criteria: Candidates having experience in the public sector will be preferred, followed by state-run corporations/entities and private corporations of repute.
- General Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at national and international fora, strong leadership skills, integrity, and teamwork.
Terms of Employment & General Conditions
- Employment Nature: On a contract basis initially for a period of 3 years, extendable as per MP Scale Policy, 2020.
- NOC Requirement: Government Servants must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of applying.
- Documents for Interview: Applicants must bring original along with attested copies of CNIC, educational certificates, Law transcripts, experience certificates, detailed CV, and passport-size photograph.
- Submission Mode: By-hand applications will not be entertained. Only online applications will be processed.
