OR • 18 years education (second division) from an HEC-recognized institute/university; AND 18 years’ post-qualification experience in administration or management in a university, Government Dept, or autonomous body in BS-17 and above. |
| Controller of Examination | • Ph.D. or FCPS or MD or MS or MDS after MBBS or BDS or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; AND 10 years’ teaching or administrative or examination branch experience. OR • M.Phil. or MPH or MBBS or BDS; AND 12 years’ relevant experience. OR • MA or MSc or MBA or MCS or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; AND 15 years’ experience in BS-18 or above in an examination branch of an institute or university or Board. |
| Director (Quality Enhancement Cell) | • Ph.D. or FCPS or MS or MD from an HEC-recognized institute/university; AND 6 years’ relevant experience in a medical college or teaching hospital or university. OR • M.Phil. or MPH (second division) after MBBS; AND 10 years’ relevant experience. OR • MS in Total Quality Management or relevant discipline; AND 10 years’ relevant experience of working at different management positions. |
Terms & Conditions
- Quota & Eligibility: Open to male and female candidates having Punjab Domicile. Appointment will be made purely on merit according to university rules and government guidelines.
- Age Relaxation: A general 5-year age relaxation in upper age limit is allowed across the board, with female candidates receiving an additional 8 years of relaxation.
- Application Fee: A bank draft/pay order of Rs. 2,000/- in favor of the Vice Chancellor, RMU, Rawalpindi must be attached with the application.
- Degree Verification: Final appointment is subject to verification of educational degrees and experience certificates. Foreign degrees must be recognized by HEC/PM&DC/PMC/PEC.
- Government Servants: Applicants currently working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- Shortlisting & Interviews: Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be allowed.

- Application Proforma: Available on the official university website at rmur.edu.pk.
- Submission Instructions: Fill out the proforma completely and clearly write the name of the post applied for on the top right side of the envelope.
- Submission Address: Submit applications along with attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, domicile, photographs, and the Rs. 2,000/- bank draft to the University Office (Room No. 39), RMU New Teaching Block, Rawalpindi (inside Holy Family Hospital), Rawalpindi.
