| Sr. Provincial Program Officer (GB) (Grade M-2) | Master’s degree (recognized by HEC) in Public Health, Health Management, or a related field. Minimum five years of relevant experience in TB programme management at provincial or district level. |
| Pharmacist – PMDT (GB) (Grade M-3) | Pharm-D or B-Pharmacy degree (HEC-recognized), registered with Pharmacy Council of Pakistan. Two years of relevant clinical OR hospital OR pharmacy experience preferred. |
| Nurse (ART Site – GB) (Grade M-4) | Diploma in General Nursing (registered with Pakistan Nursing Council) or BSN (HEC-recognized). One to two years of relevant clinical nursing experience, preferably in HIV/ART care. |
| Data Entry Operator (ART Centre – AJ&K) (Grade M-4) | Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education, HEC-recognized). One year of relevant data entry/data management experience, preferably in a health-related setting. |
| Treatment Coordinator – PMDT (Grade M-4) | Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education, HEC-recognized), preferably in a health-related field. One to two years of relevant experience in patient management or public health programmes. |
| Treatment Coordinator – PMDT (PIMS) (Grade M-4) | Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education, HEC-recognized), preferably in a health-related field. One to two years of relevant experience in patient management or public health programmes. |
| Manager Warehouse (Grade M-1) | Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Pharmacy or Business Administration (HEC-recognized). Seven years of inventory management experience in stocks and stores management. |
| Program Officer (Grade M-2) | BS (Hons) Microbiology (HEC-recognized). Demonstrated entry-level relevant experience working with public health or laboratory diagnostic data. |
| Internal Audit Officer (Grade M-2) | Master’s degree (recognized by HEC) in Accounting OR Finance OR Commerce OR Business Administration OR a related field (HEC-recognized), OR CA / ACCA / ACMA. Minimum of seven years of relevant financial/compliance audit experience. |
| Project Manager – TB (Regions) (Grade M-1) | MBBS with Master’s degree (recognized by HEC) in Public Health OR Health Management OR Epidemiology or a related field (HEC or PMDC-recognized). Seven years of relevant experience in TB programme management or communicable disease control. |
| Deputy Advisor NRL (Grade M-1) | MBBS with pathology (Microbiology) or Master’s degree (recognized by HEC) in Lab Technology OR Microbiology OR Public Health, or related field (HEC-recognized or PMDC-recognized where applicable). Minimum seven years of relevant experience in infectious diseases clinical laboratory diagnostics, quality assurance, or laboratory network management. |
| Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist (Grade M-2) | Master’s degree in Public Health OR Procurement OR Supply Chain Management OR Logistics Management OR MPhil Pharmacy OR Business Administration OR Public Administration (HEC-recognized). Minimum of five years of relevant working experience in logistics, supply chain management of medicines and health products within a health-sector organization. |
| Manager HR (Grade M-1) | Master’s degree (recognized by HEC) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field (HEC-recognized). Seven years of relevant HR management experience. |
| Contract Manager (Grade M-1) | Master’s degree or equivalent qualification comprising at least 16 years of education in business administration, public administration, project management, engineering, law, finance, economics, procurement, supply chain management, contract management or another directly relevant discipline. At least 12 years of progressively responsible professional experience in contract management, contract administration, commercial management or a closely related field. At least seven years of substantive experience managing or administering complex contracts, including responsibility for performance, deliverables, modifications, claims, payments, remedies or closeout. At least five years of relevant experience in public-sector and/or donor-funded programmes, development projects or similarly regulated institutional environments. Demonstrated experience with contracts for two or more of the following categories: goods, works, consulting services and non-consulting services. Demonstrated ability to analyze contractual requirements, develop practical management systems, advise senior decision-makers and coordinate inputs from technical, programme, financial, procurement, audit and legal functions. |
