OR 10 years Post Ph.D. Teaching/Research experience. • 15 Research Publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized Journals.
Associate Professor (BPS-20) (Anthropology, Animal Nutrition, Soil Science, Zoology)	4 (1 per field)	• Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. • Experience 10 years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized university OR a Post-Graduate Institution OR professional experience in the relevant field in a National OR International Organization. OR 5 years Post Ph.D. Teaching/Research experience. • 10 Research publications (with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized Journals.
Assistant Professor (BPS-19) (Anthropology, Food Safety, Soil Science, Horticulture, Biology, Theriogenology)	6 (1 per field)	• Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
Lecturer (BPS-18) (Anatomy, Mechatronics, Economics, Animal Breeding & Genetics, Chemistry)	5 (1 per field)	• First Class MS/MPhil/equivalent degree awarded after 18 Years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career. • Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable for holders of a higher degree (Ph.D. or equivalent)
Assistant Estate Care/Security Officer (BPS-16)	2	• Intermediate or equivalent qualification with at least 2nd division from a recognized Board of higher education. • A police officer not below the rank of Sub-Inspector with at least 15 years experience in watch and ward Security in a big organization OR an ex-military man not below the rank of JCO.
Computer Assistant (BPS-14)	6	• Intermediate or equivalent qualification with at least 2nd division from a recognized Board. • Typing speed of 40 words per minute along with certificate of computer course.
Photographer (BPS-11)	1	• Secondary School Certificate with Science with at least 2nddivision along with seven years of experience of exposing, developing, enlarging and printing of photographs in a commercial establishment or repute or a recognized scientific institution.
Lab. Attendant (BPS-01)	5	• Secondary School Certificate with Science from a recognized Board.

2. Application Fee Structure (Bank Draft)

Applications must include a Bank Draft in favor of the Treasurer, PMAS-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, based on the post:

Professor: Rs. 3,000/-
Associate Professor: Rs. 2,500/-
Assistant Professor: Rs. 2,000/-
Lecturer: Rs. 1,500/-
BPS-5 to 16: Rs. 500/-
BPS-1 to 4: Rs. 200/-

3. General Rules & Quotas

Age Limit (for BPS-1 to 16): Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years (for BPS-17 & above, minimum 21 years). Not applicable to candidates applying through proper channel.
Quotas: 15% Quota for Women, 5% Quota for Minorities, and 3% Quota for disabled candidates will be implemented where applicable.
Councils Registration: Registration of Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council and Pakistan Engineering Council is compulsory/required for applicants in the fields of Veterinary/Agri. Engineering/Engineering, along with applications.

4. How to Apply & Deadline

Online Form: Fill out the application form online through the official university website: www.uaar.edu.pk. Print the filled form.
Required Documentation Sets:
- Four (4) copies/sets for posts at Serial No. 1 to 2 (Professor and Associate Professor).
- Three (3) copies/sets for posts at Serial No. 3 to 4 (Assistant Professor, Lecturer).
- One (1) copy/set for posts at Serial No. 5 to 8.
Submission Deadline: The application along with attested copies of documents and the original bank draft must reach the office of the Registrar by 25.11.2026.
