Eligibility and Experience Requirements
- Nationality: Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply.
- Experience: Experience in private entities is only accepted if the entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Exclusions: Experience gained on daily wages, part-time, visiting, honorary, or apprentice basis will not be considered.
- Equivalence: Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC, PEC, or the Inter Boards Chairman Committee.
Application Process and Important Deadlines
To ensure a successful application, candidates must follow the dual submission process (Online + Hard Copy):
- Online Submission: Applicants must apply through the official UOG Job Portal. The deadline for online submission is April 7, 2026.
- Hard Copy Submission: A printed copy of the online form along with a complete dossier (attested credentials, DMCs, NOC, Experience Certificates, and CNIC) must reach the Office of the Registrar by April 10, 2026.
- Processing Fee: Applicants must deposit the prescribed processing fee via an auto-generated challan form. The original receipt must be attached to the hard copy.
- Current Employees: Those working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
