Position Title	Qualification Requirements	Professional Experience
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)	Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Aerospace), Space Sciences, Remote Sensing & GIS, or related disciplines, blended preferably with a degree in Business Administration or related field.	At least 20 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience at the C-level, preferably as CEO or Head of organizations with substantial business volumes.

Note: The organization is a progressive corporate sector organization having its office in Islamabad.

Business Leadership: Demonstrable experience in leading transformations and turnarounds of business entities.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent people management skills to manage diverse stakeholders of public and private sectors.
Growth & Strategy: Exhibited business acumen to grow the top line through innovative interventions with proven quantifiable results, alongside managing competitive bottom lines through smart measures in the business value chain.
Sector Expertise: Blend of private and public sector leadership experience, preferably in space and satellite-related technologies, engineering operations, manufacturing, and technology development projects.
Project Management: Well-versed in project management, leading joint ventures, contract negotiation, and financial management.
Client Services: Good track record of providing quality client services.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in the transformation of digital data into actionable insights for planning and data-driven decision-making applications, along with proficiency in MS Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data analytics.
Personality Attributes: Excellent communication and presentation skills in Urdu and English, high energy level, sociable persona, good negotiation skills, proactive approach to business, and a team player with an inclusive managerial style.
