Application Terms & Guidelines
General Conditions
- Appointments are made purely on a contract basis, extendable annually upon satisfactory performance, subject to approval by the Board of Directors, PIDCL.
- Candidates employed in Government service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with their CV; appointment is conditional upon resignation from the previous post.
- PIDCL reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
Application Procedure via HEC ETC
- Online Registration: Apply online by registering on the official HEC portal at http://etc.hec.gov.pk and clicking the “SUBMIT” button before the deadline. Applications in “SAVE” or “INCOMPLETE” mode will not be considered.
- Test Fee: A test fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be paid through 1Link/1Bill Invoice payment services using the generated Consumer Number, followed by clicking “Verify Online Payment” on the ETC Dashboard. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Manual Applications: Applications received by hand, courier, or email will not be accepted or entertained.
- Test Centers: The test will be conducted in Islamabad and Karachi. Candidates must bring their original CNIC/Passport along with the ETC Roll No. slip.
