Position Title	Qualification & Experience Summary
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)	Postgraduate degree in Allied Health / PM&DC Level-III qualification with 12 years of relevant experience & 12 research publications.

Option (i): Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Prosthetics/Orthotics (or equivalent/other nomenclatures) from an HEC-recognized university.
Option (ii): FCPS / FRCS / MD in Orthopedics and Spine Surgery, Physiatry, or an equivalent PM&DC level-III clinical medical qualification.

For Qualification Option (i): At least 12 years of experience equivalent to BPS-17 rank and above, including at least 5 years in a reputed comprehensive physical rehabilitation sector organization.
For Qualification Option (ii): At least 12 years of experience as Associate Professor and below in the respective specialty (recognized by PM&DC), including at least 5 years in a senior management position in a well-reputed comprehensive physical rehabilitation organization (spinal cord injuries & physical disabilities), preferably in the public sector.

A minimum of 12 research publications in the respective field/specialty/physical medicine & rehab published in HEC-recognized journals.
At least 6 publications must be as the principal author.
