Designation	Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements
Lecturers (BPS-18) (Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology)	Qualification: Master’s Degree (First Class) in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.
Laboratory Technologist (BPS-17) • Energy Engineering Technology • Information Engineering Technology • Mechanical Engineering Technology	Qualification: B.Sc. Engineering/Technology in the relevant field with 1st division or 3.0 CGPA from a University/DAI recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan.
Accountant (BPS-16)	Qualification & Experience: MBA/M.Com in at least 2nd division from a recognized University OR BBA/B.Com in at least 2nd division from a recognized University with 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Office Assistant (BPS-16)	Qualification: Second class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

Candidates must possess domiciles of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
Degrees from foreign universities must have official HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates. Non-English documents require an officially verified English translation.
For Admin positions, a 3.0 out of 4.0 CGPA is considered equivalent to a 1st Division.
Government or Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channels and submit an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
Age relaxation will be granted according to Government Rules on a case-by-case basis.
Regular appointments will be made under the Contributory Provident (CP) Fund basis.

Online applications start on 6th October, 2026.
Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and print an E-Sahulat token.
Get CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk prior to applying.
Pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee through 1Link.
Retain the stamped original candidate-copy deposit slip.
Do NOT send hard copies/documents to the ETEA office at this initial stage.
ETEA Online Application Deadline: 22nd October, 2026.

Candidates scoring 50% or more marks in the ETEA screening test become eligible to submit the hard-copy application package.
Within 15 days of the result announcement, eligible candidates must deposit a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- in the Bank of Khyber (Account No. PK68KHYB0104003001160687, Title: Vice Chancellor University of Technology Nowshera).
Submit the filled and signed university application form (available on the official university website) along with attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and one recent photograph.
All submitted documents must reflect eligibility criteria as of the last date of ETEA application receipt (22nd October, 2026).

Only shortlisted candidates meeting the complete eligibility criteria will be called for a demo/interview.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test or interview.
