Job Responsibilities and Skill Requirements
- Strong command over MS Office and ERP software
- Typing speed between 30–40 WPM
- Shorthand skills considered an added advantage
- Handling official correspondence, emails, letters, and confidential documents
- Preparing reports, presentations, briefing notes, and meeting minutes
- Managing daily schedule, calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
- Coordinating itineraries and official engagements of the Director
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- Experience: 6 to 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
- Location: Islamabad and Rawalpindi projects
