Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment is mandatory.
- Key Skills: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with clinical, technical, and administrative teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of FIO’s biomedical and ophthalmic equipment through preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repairs, performance monitoring, and technical support.
- Manage equipment documentation and vendor coordination.
- Handle installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
