Terms & Conditions
- Domicile Eligibility: Only Pakistani nationals holding a valid Punjab Domicile are eligible to apply.
- Application Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- (for BS-17 to BS-19) must be paid:
- Via Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of “Treasurer Kohsar University Murree”.
- Or deposited in Account Title: “Treasurer Kohsar University Murree”, Account No. 0010172264600020, The Bank of Punjab. (Postal Orders are not acceptable).
- Required Attested Documents: Each application form must be accompanied by two (02) sets of attested copies of:
- Degrees, Detailed Marks Certificates (DMC), Domicile, and CNIC.
- Experience Certificates (duly verified by the respective employer/organization).
- NOC from current employer (for government/in-service applicants).
- Proof of fee payment and 2 fresh passport-size colored photographs.
- In-Service Applicants: Candidates working on Regular/Acting Charge/Officiating/Ad-hoc/Current Charge and Contract basis in HEC-recognized public or private universities/government organizations must apply through proper channel along with NOC.
- Foreign Degrees: Applicants with foreign degrees/certificates must submit an HEC Equivalence Certificate. Documents in languages other than English must be translated by an authentic organization.
- Quota System: Quotas (Women/Disability/Minorities) will be observed as per Government of Punjab policy. Unfilled quota seats will convert to open merit if eligible candidates are unavailable.
- Selection Terms: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
Application Process & Submission Deadline
- How to Apply: Download the prescribed Application Form from the university website at www.kum.edu.pk. Complete all columns accurately and attach two sets of attested documents along with the fee receipt/draft.
- Multiple Posts: Applicants applying for more than one post must submit separate application forms with separate processing fee receipts. Clearly write the name of the post applied for on the top right side of the envelope.
- Submission Channel: Applications sent by hand or email will NOT be accepted. Applications must be submitted via registered mail/courier.
- Application Deadline: On or before September 14, 2026 (before office closing hours).
