Position Details Overview

Name of the Post	Qualification Requirements	Professional Experience
IT Specialist	Master’s / Bachelor’s (Hons) with 16 years of education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.	Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT systems, database management, networking, or software development.

General Instructions & Eligibility Guidelines

Domicile Eligibility: Applicants holding a valid Punjab domicile are eligible to apply.
Tenure: Appointments are strictly on a contract basis till June 2027.
In-Service Applicants: Candidates already working in Government Service must apply through proper channel and submit an NOC issued by their concerned Department/employer.
Selection Procedure: Test/interview dates will be communicated solely to shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA will be provided.
Rules & Regulations: Applicable government laws, rules, policies, and regulations will govern the entire recruitment process.
Vacancy Adjustment: The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts according to project requirements.
