Vacant Positions & Requirements

Position Title	Minimum Qualification	Required Experience
HVAC Engineer	B.Sc. Engineering or B. Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university	05–08 years of relevant experience
AC Technician / AC Mechanic	3-year DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in HVACR (Mandatory)	Minimum 03 years of relevant experience (preferably in 5-star hotel/club)
Chiller Operator / Pool Plant Operator / Generator Operator	3-year DAE in a related technical discipline (Preferred)	Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in similar capacity (preferably in 5-star hotel/club/large-scale facility)
Kitchen Technician / General Mechanic	Three years DAE in Mechanical or equivalency in same discipline	Minimum 05 years of experience as kitchen Technician/General mechanic in a reputed organization
Gardener (Mali)	Knowledge of general gardening and landscaping practices	Minimum 02–03 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization
Waiter / Hostess / Bus Boy	Minimum qualification is F.A	Minimum 01–02 years of experience in any reputed organization or hotel
Driver	Minimum qualification is F.A	Minimum 03–05 years of experience as Driver
