Key Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving regional growth through the following core activities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop plans to achieve targeted secondary volume, numeric distribution, and market share.
- Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and strengthen the regional sales team.
- Distributor Management: Build relationships with existing and potential distributors through regular market visits.
- Asset Management: Oversight of company assets, including the deployment and productivity of coolers and glassware.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve sales force efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure profitable sales by monitoring discounts, variable margins, and net sales revenue.
Eligibility Criteria
- Sector Expertise: Strong background specifically within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Beverage industry is mandatory.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Peshawar market and distribution networks.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze competitor activity and develop effective counter-strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Capability to implement “Route to Market” strategies and replicate best practices across the region.
