| Security Officer (BS-17) | Option 1: Bachelor’s degree (2nd Div) + relevant experience. Option 2: Retired commissioned officer from armed forces (not retired on medical/disciplinary grounds; within 2 years of retirement). |
| Library Assistant (BS-14) | Option 1: Bachelor’s degree (2nd Div) in Library Science + 3 years experience. Option 2: HSSC (2nd Div) + Certificate in Library Science + 5 years experience + Computer knowledge. |
| Junior Clerk (BS-11) | HSSC (2nd Div) + 25 wpm typing speed on computer in English + Proficient in MS Office or compatible applications. |

- Online Application Deadline: Applicants must submit the online application form available on the University of Narowal Job Portal by 07.09.2026.
- Hard Copy Submission: The printed form along with required documents must reach the Office of the Registrar, University of Narowal via courier service no later than 10.09.2026 at 04:00 PM (By-hand applications are NOT accepted).
- Application Sets:
- Professor Candidates: Submit 6 sets of duly filled online application forms along with 4 DVDs containing soft copies of credentials, publications, etc.
- All Other Posts: Submit 2 sets of the application form along with verified/attested copies of degrees, DMCs, experience certificates, updated CV, NOC (if applicable), domicile, CNIC, and recent photographs.
- Processing Fee (Non-Refundable): Paid in any Bank of Punjab branch (A/C No. 6510222875800028):
- BS-21 & BS-20: Rs. 3000/-
- BS-18 & BS-17: Rs. 1000/-
- BS-14 to BS-05: Rs. 500/-
- BS-02 & BS-01: Rs. 300/-
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and submit a Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Ineligible Experience: Daily wages, part-time, honorary, or apprentice experience will not be considered.
- Foreign Degrees: Must attach an HEC/IBCC equivalence certificate.
