Name of the Post	Required Qualification & Experience Summary
Director General (Law)	Qualifications: LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from a recognized university (LL.M. from a foreign university preferred). Experience: At least 7 years’ experience as an Advocate of the High Court with substantial litigation and corporate/transactional legal work.

Note: The appointment will be made on a merit-based contractual basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable further if required.

At least seven (07) years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court.
Substantial litigation experience before the High Court and other courts, including a minimum of two (2) reported judgments and appearances in at least thirty (30) cases before the High Court.
Substantial experience in litigation, as well as transactional and corporate legal work.
Preference will be given to candidates with in-house legal experience in a Government Department or public sector organization.
Additional advantage for experience in constitutional, commercial, corporate, regulatory, employment, and/or public-sector litigation.

Strong legal research, drafting, advisory, negotiation, and case-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a legal department, supervise external counsel, formulate litigation strategy, and provide strategic legal advice to senior management.

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 8000/-.
Fee payment must be submitted online using the PSID / QR code via any banking app, generated upon successful submission of the application.

Document Uploads: Upload scanned attested copies of educational documents, experience certificates, recent photograph, pay order/fee proof, CNIC, and domicile certificate.
Application Deadline: Submit online within 20 days from the date of the advertisement.
Incomplete Submissions: Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government policy.
Government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department along with their application.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test / interviews and must bring original educational and experience documents along with attested copies at the time of interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible for attending tests or interviews.
