- Attested copies of all certificates, degrees, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, experience certificates, transcripts, and equivalence certificates.
- Valid registration certificate from PEC/PMDC (if applicable).
- CNIC, Domicile, and an updated CV.
- Application Processing Fee:
- Original Bank Draft / online deposit proof of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable / non-transferable) in favor of Treasurer, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering and Technology, Multan.
- Fee can be deposited online in HBL Mumtazabad Branch, Multan (Account No: 12668900675503 titled MNS UET, Multan [Payment/Freedom Current]).
- In-Service Candidates:
- Must apply through proper channel along with an NOC on the prescribed format.
- Must submit a No Pending Inquiry Certificate from their respective organization/institution.
- Multiple Posts: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application forms along with separate prescribed fees and documents.
- Important Notes:
- All previous recruitment advertisements for Registrar, Treasurer, and Controller of Examinations have been canceled along with all applications received thereunder.
- General age relaxation will be permissible as per Government policy.
- Candidates must clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.
