General Instructions & Eligibility Guidelines
- Employment Basis: Posts are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 24 months, extendable based on requirement.
- Merit & Quota: All positions will be filled purely on an open merit basis.
- Mandatory Service Requirement: All selected candidates will be required to serve for a mandatory minimum period of 18 months.
- Shortlisting & Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Shortlisted applicants must present original documents duly attested by HEC at the time of the interview.
- Remuneration Package: A lump-sum monthly salary package will be offered depending on domain skills and relevant experience.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- Rights Reserved: The management reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, reject any application, or cancel the recruitment process partially or wholly without assigning any reason.
