Eligibility Criteria Details

Assistant Engineer (Civil):
- B.E./B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in civil works (public sector/development projects preferred), covering field inspection, construction supervision, QA/QC, PC-I documents, estimates, BOQs, quantity verification, MB, and contractor bill review. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
- Age limit: Min 23 years, Max 37 years (subject to government relaxation rules). Domicile/local of Balochistan is mandatory.
Assistant Finance Officer:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration (Finance), or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial management/accounts (public sector/development projects preferred), covering bill processing, budget monitoring, financial reconciliation, financial statements, fund releases, expenditure tracking, and ledger reconciliation. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required.
Office Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency), excellent communication, organizational abilities, and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 2–5 years of experience with attention to detail in data entry, record keeping, and document preparation. Age limit: Min 23 years, Max 37 years.
Assistant IT Developer:
- BS/B.E./B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in software/web application development, system development, database management, configuration, testing, and debugging. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/Python/.NET, SQL, and government MIS systems is preferred.
Supporting Staff (Peon / Watchman / Driver):
- Basic education qualification with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates for Driver must possess a valid driving license, with preference for prior experience operating official/project vehicles. Only candidates holding local/domicile of Balochistan are eligible.

Additional Relevant Details

Nature of Appointment: Purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 1 year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and approved program policy.
