| Assistant Director (Technical) (PPS-07) | • Education & Experience: MS Degree (18 years) in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years practical experience in Civil Works/Construction and WATSAN in a Public/Private Sector Organization OR BSc Degree (16 years) in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years practical experience. |
| Assistant Director (Procurement) (PPS-07) | • Education: BSc Civil Engineering, Project Management, or relevant field. • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Public Sector procurement, PPRA-based procurement of goods, works & services (development project experience preferred). |
| Assistant Director (Admn/Finance) (PPS-07) | • Education: Master’s degree in Finance/MBA (Finance)/M.Com/ACCA/ACMA or Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Economics, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in admin/finance in public sector or donor-funded programs (experience with PC-I, AGPR, PPRA, and government budgeting preferred). |
| Office Assistant (PPS-05) | • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative support roles with strong organizational and communication skills. |
| Driver (PPS-02) | • Education: Middle Pass. • Requirements: Valid Driving License and at least 2 years’ driving experience. |
| Office Boy (PPS-01) | • Education: Literate. |
Key Terms, Application Process & Guidelines
- Place of Duty: Islamabad, with frequent visits to provinces as required.
- Contract Period: On a contract basis till June 2027, extendable upon availability of funds and performance review.
