Rehman Medical Institute (RMI) invites applications for the following permanent position at Rehman College of Dentistry, Peshawar:

| Junior Dental Ceramist | • Diploma/Certificate in Dental Technology preferred; candidates with demonstrated hands-on experience without formal qualifications will also be considered. • Minimum 1–3 years of practical dental laboratory experience. • Basic understanding of lab workflow and gypsum materials. • Willingness to learn under senior staff and work within a team. • Prior exposure to PFM or denture fabrication and hospital/academic lab experience preferred. |
Key Job Responsibilities
- Fabrication Support: Assist in fabricating PFM crowns, cast metal restorations, and removable prostheses, including gypsum model pouring and die preparation.
- Wax-up & Casting Procedures: Support wax-up procedures for crowns, bridges, and RPD frameworks; handle investment mixing and burnout for casting.
- Equipment Operation: Operate vibrators, model trimmers, pressure pots, and bench lathes under supervision, and assist with polishing and finishing.
- Lab Management: Keep the lab organized and stocked, log cases accurately, and adhere strictly to all safety protocols.
