Qualification & Experience Details
- LLB (Hons) or LLM degree from an HEC-recognized institution
- At least 5 years of active legal practice
- Must possess a High Court license
- Sound knowledge of corporate law, especially related to public sector companies
- Experience certificates must be issued by the concerned Bar
