Application Guidelines & Procedure
- Instructions for Serial Nos. 01 and 02 (Stenographer & Junior Clerk):
- Fill the online application form through
www.nts.org.pk. - Deposit the application fee of Rs. 800/- via online challan/slip through 1Link 1Bill, participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express counters. Manual applications will not be accepted.
- Upload CNIC (front and back), Domicile/PRC, Form-D, a recent photograph, and all educational documents on the portal.
- Use original mobile numbers (avoid ported numbers) for SMS updates regarding test dates and roll number slips.

- Instructions for Serial Nos. 03 to 10 (Driver, Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Farash, Chowkidar, Sweeper, Mali):
- Submit applications on the prescribed form downloaded from the official website of District & Sessions Court Tharparkar.
- Send attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, Domicile/PRC, and two passport-size photographs by hand or post/courier to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Judicial Complex, Mithi.
- Submit separate application forms if applying for more than one post.
General Terms & Conditions
- Application Deadline:11-09-2026 (serves as the cut-off date for age calculation).
- Age Relaxation:
- Candidates with 3 years of Government service experience have an age limit of 21–30 years for Serial Nos. 1–2 and 20–30 years for Serial Nos. 3–10.
- Candidates up to 5 years over the prescribed age limit may have individual cases submitted to the Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh for age relaxation approval if selected.
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel.
- Quotas & Inclusivity: A 5% quota is reserved for persons with disabilities, and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Selection Details: Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
