Assistant	18–38 years (Includes 5 years general age relaxation plus 5-year Balochistan quota age relaxation)	Graduate. Must clear a 6 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office conducted by NITB) after selection before completion of probation period.

Age Relaxation Criteria (Federal Government Policy)

Scheduled Castes & Buddhist Community: 3 years.
Released or Retired Personnel of Armed Forces of Pakistan: 15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces, whichever is less.
Government Servants (2 years continuous service on closing date): 10 years up to the age of 55 years.
Disabled Persons: 10 years.
Widow, Son, or Daughter of Deceased Civil Servant (who died during service): 05 years.
Note: If entitled to age relaxation under more than 01 category, relaxation will be allowed in only one category.

Terms, Conditions & Application Process

How to Apply: Eligible candidates are advised to apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) using the dedicated tab created for Balochistan quota recruitment. Applications can also be submitted at employment cells established under Balochistan Federal Employment Facilitation Cell (BEFC), Establishment Division.
Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
Recruitment Process: Recruitment will be done via a walk-in interview process (No Entry & Written Test required) at the district level with the help of newly established employment cells in districts of Balochistan.
Government Servants: Applicants must provide an NOC from their respective organizations at the time of interview.
Document Verification: Candidates must present original documents along with a set of attested copies of degrees/certificates, CNIC, and Domicile Certificate at the time of interview.
Selection Guidelines: All qualified male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
