Application Process & Submission
Online Application
- Candidates must submit online applications through the official National Job Portal (NJP).
- Direct applications submitted by hand, post, or email directly to Gwadar Port Authority will not be accepted.
- Applicants applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.
Deadline
- Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.
Eligibility Criteria & General Terms
Domicile & Quota
- Only Pakistani nationals holding Local / Domicile certificates of Balochistan are eligible to apply.
- Standard Federal Government quotas apply: 10% women quota, 5% minorities quota, and 2% persons with disabilities quota.
Age Relaxation
- 05 years general age relaxation is allowed for all posts.
- An additional 05 years relaxation is granted specifically for candidates from Balochistan under Government policy.
Selection & Testing Procedure
- All recruitments (BPS-01 to BPS-16) will be conducted via walk-in interviews (no written entry test required).
- Practical skill tests will be conducted for specific technical positions, including Steno Typist, Driver, and Mobile Crane Driver.
- Government servants must apply through proper official channels.
- Candidates called for interview/test must bring original documents along with one set of attested copies of degrees, certificates, CNIC, domicile, and experience certificates.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending interviews or skill tests.
