Director (Administration) (BPS-20)	• At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Administrative / Social Sciences / MPA / MBA. • 17 years experience in personnel administration in a Govt./ Semi Govt./ large Commercial Organization of repute.
Director (Human Resource) (BPS-20)	• At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Administrative / Social Sciences / MPA / MBA (Human Resource). • 17 years experience in personnel administration in a Govt./ Semi Govt./ Large Commercial Organization of repute.
Assistant Manager (Internal Audit) (BPS-17)	• MBA (Finance) / M.Com. • 03 years relevant experience.
Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical) (BPS-17)	• At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer and computer literate. OR • Second Class Engineer or certificate of Competency (Second Engineer officer) Class-II. • 03 years relevant experience in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Large Engineering organization of repute.
Assistant Manager (Secretariat) (BPS-17)	• At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/MBA. • 03 years experience in relevant field.
Assistant Manager (Estate) (BPS-17)	• At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer. OR • At least 2nd Class MBA/MPA. • 03 years experience in relevant field.

How to Apply: Applications on the prescribed form enclosing attested copies of educational and relevant experience certificates, along with two (02) passport size photographs and a detailed CV, must reach the office of Director (HRM), Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi 75020 through courier service within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
Hand-Delivered Applications: Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.
Multiple Posts: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post should send their applications in separate envelopes clearly mentioning the names of the post on envelopes.
Government Servants: Applicants serving in Government/Semi Government departments or autonomous bodies are required to provide an NOC from their organization concerned.

General Terms & Conditions

Shortlisting & Testing: Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be allowed for test/interview.
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation shall be considered and granted in accordance with the applicable rules, specifically covering ex-service personnel as well as regular government servants.
Quotas: Minorities and women quota will be observed as per rules.
Authority Rights: The Authority reserves the right to cancel the process of hiring partially or completely.
Regularization: The contract appointment shall be extendable for further period, subject to satisfactory performance, but the appointee shall have no right to claim regularization against respective post(s).
