| M&E Officer | Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Sciences, MBA, MBBS, or equivalent from any recognized university, with 2 years of relevant field experience. |
| Pharmacist | Qualified Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or equivalent with 2 years of relevant professional experience, registered with the Pharmacy Council, and skilled in pharmaceutical services, patient counseling, and safe medication management. |
| System Administrator | Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and system administration. Hands-on experience in enterprise server administration, Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies, network and firewall security, LAN/WAN, VPN configuration, directory services, cloud-based email, cybersecurity, data center operations, storage management, system monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure maintenance. CCNA, VCP, or equivalent networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity certifications preferred. |
| Software Developer | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in software development, web application development, and database management. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server required. Experience in RESTful API development, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, debugging, application maintenance, and legacy system modernization preferred. Knowledge of Git, Agile methodologies, software architecture, and secure coding practices. |
| Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in software quality assurance, manual and automated testing, test case design and execution, bug tracking, regression testing, and API testing. Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, SQL databases, and testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JIRA preferred. |
| Psychologist / Psychosocial Case Worker | Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in psychosocial support/case management. Female candidates only. Proficiency in the local language, good communication and documentation skills. Knowledge of Psychological First Aid (PFA), referral pathways, and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) preferred. |
| IT Assistant, Level 2 Support | Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or equivalent, with skills in IT technical support, Level 2 troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and maintenance, Windows operating systems, LAN/WAN networking, user account management, printers, and IT asset management. Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, remote desktop support, and basic cybersecurity practices will be an advantage. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. |
| Office Assistant | Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, Computer Science, BS(IT) or equivalent from a recognized university. |
| Electrician | Matriculation with a relevant technical diploma or electrician certification, and at least 2 years of experience in electrical installation, Generator, solar operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair along with knowledge of electrical safety standards. |

Eligibility Criteria & General Terms
Employment Terms
- All positions will be filled purely on a temporary basis under the control and management of PPHI-B for one year initially, extendable based on an annual performance report.
- Applicants holding local domicile will be given preference.
- Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Shortlisting & Assessment
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for the written test & interview on a date and time to be communicated.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear in the PPHI-B Promatrix Examination.
- Offer letters will be issued to candidates who successfully clear all stages of the selection process.
- Candidates on the waiting list will be offered positions in case of non-joining of selected candidates in due course of time.
General Rules
- On detailed scrutiny of documents, if found ineligible, the candidate’s candidature will be rejected.
- No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the PPHI-B Promatrix Examination or interview.
- The Company reserves the right to amend/cancel the hiring process or the number of posts at any stage.
- In addition to salary, Risk Allowance & Pay for Performance (P4P) shall be admissible as per rules and policy of PPHI-B from time to time where applicable.
