Name of Post	Qualification / Other Requirements
Accountant	B.COM / BBA from a recognized university with three (03) years’ service experience in the relevant field in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Body.
Lower Division Clerk	Matric with minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. The selected candidates shall have to undertake and qualify 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office), conducted by the NITB, within one year.

Applicants are required to apply online via the National Job Portal (njp.gov.pk).
No need to send a hard copy of the CV and documents.
All applications are processed based on information/data provided by the applicants through their online profiles.

05 Years General Age Relaxation will be allowed for all posts.
Further relaxation in age will be admissible according to Government policy/rules (+05 years additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan).

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Applicants must present original documents along with a set of attested copies of degrees / certificates issued by HEC / recognized Board / Universities / Institutes as well as CNIC and Domicile Certificate at the time of interview.
In case any information furnished by the applicant is found fake or bogus, his or her candidature shall stand cancelled and legal action shall be taken against such a candidate.
Those who are already in Government Service should apply through a proper channel.
The experience as part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internee will not be considered/counted as experience.
Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason, as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
