Applications are invited for appointment against the following statutory posts of Cancer Care Clinic at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research (NSICT&R), Lahore, on a contract basis:

| Hospital Director | • MBBS and FCPS / MS / MD / PhD / M.Phil / MPH from a PM&DC recognized institution with valid PMDC registration. • Ten years’ experience out of which at least 5 years’ experience should be after a post-graduate qualification in any department, institute or a hospital / university recognized by the PM&DC / Higher Education Commission. • Administrative qualification and experience shall be preferred. |
| Medical Director | • MBBS from a PM&DC recognized institution with valid PMDC registration. • FCPS / MS / MD / FRCS / FRCP or membership of Royal Colleges along with CCT or CST or CESR (UK) or Diplomat of American Board or equivalent international terminal qualification as determined by the Higher Education Commission; or equivalent qualification from an institute / university recognized by the PM&DC / Higher Education Commission. • Ten years’ post fellowship experience in an institute / hospital / university recognized by the PM&DC / Higher Education Commission. • Experience in Oncology or Specialty Care Hospital will be preferred. |
| Director Finance | • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; OR • Professional accounting qualification such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) with designation of FCA or FCMA. • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial management / corporate finance / public finance, with at least 03 years in a senior leadership role within a large organization (preferably in Healthcare Sector). |
| Director Nursing | • BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) or equivalent qualification recognized by PNMC with valid registration, OR • 3 Years Diploma in General Nursing + 1 Year Diploma in Midwifery (Female) or one Year of Specialty Program (Male) + 2 Years Post RN BSN. • Ph.D. Or M.Phil / MSN from an institution / university recognized by the PNMC / Higher Education Commission. • 08 years’ post qualification teaching / research / administrative experience with PhD and 10 Years post qualification teaching / research / administrative experience with M.Phil/MSN in an institute or a hospital / university recognized by the PM&DC / Higher Education Commission. • 5 years leadership role in senior nursing position. Administrative qualification and experience along with experience in oncology or specialty care Hospital will be preferred. |

- Application Form: The application form can be downloaded from the official website of the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department:
[https://health.punjab.gov.pk/](https://health.punjab.gov.pk/). - Hard Copy Submission: The duly filled application form along with attested copies of all relevant documents (including equivalence certificate, if applicable) must be submitted to the Office of Hospital Director, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research Centre, Pine Avenue, Near Valencia Town, Lahore by 28-08-2026 (Friday) till 5:00 PM.
- Application Fee: The application form should be accompanied by a bank draft/pay order of RS. 2000/- in favor of Dean, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore.
- Soft Copy Submission: Soft form of the applications/dossier can be submitted through email at NSICTRC@PUNJAB.GOV.PK.
- Postal Deadline: Applications sent via post/TCS must also reach before the deadline, i.e., 28-08-2026 till 5:00 PM.
- Rolling Basis: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until all posts are filled.
Key Terms & Guidelines
- Government Servants: Must apply through proper channel.
- Equivalence Certificates: Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC, PMDC, or PN&MC.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Grievance Redressal: Candidates having any grievance may submit a written application to the Dean within 03 days after display of the list on the website/notice board.
