Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) is hiring a Director/HOD for Data Science & Research in Islamabad. Apply online within 15 days.

Position Title	Educational Qualification	Relevant Experience
Director / HOD (Data Science & Research Department)	• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Economics, Law, Mathematics, Finance, Business Studies, or any other relevant background from an HEC-recognized institution. • Candidates holding a CFA qualification will be preferred, particularly those with research and analytical skills related to insurance, NBFC, and securities markets.	• At least 15 years of progressively responsible post-qualification relevant experience. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the insurance, NBFC, and securities markets.

Job Location: Islamabad-based position.
Nature & Duration of Employment:
- Contractual basis for an initial term of three (03) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance.
- SECP may consider regularization of the position after completion of three (03) years, subject to fulfillment of prescribed criteria.
