Lower Division Clerk (LDC)	i. Matriculation. ii. Minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. iii. The selected candidates shall have to undertake and qualify 3 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office), conducted by the NITB, within one year.

Applications must be submitted online through the National Job Portal (njp.gov.pk) using the dedicated link created for this recruitment exercise.
Recruitment will be done at the doorstep (at District level) with the help of newly established Employment Cells in the districts of Balochistan as a special case to ensure recruitment of residents.

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals having requisite qualification, experience, Balochistan domicile, and age criteria.

Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years.
In addition to the existing 5 years of general relaxation included in the upper age limit, other age relaxation will be applicable as per prevailing government rules.
Balochistan domicile holder candidates will also be allowed upper age relaxation of five 5 years instead of existing 3 years only for this special exercise.

Only shortlisted candidates will be allowed for walk-in interview.
Skill Requirement Relaxation: For posts up to BS-15 requiring trainable skills (such as typing or basic computer proficiency), there shall be a one-time relaxation of the requirement to possess the prescribed skill at the time of initial appointment. In case none of the candidates have any certifications at the time of selection, the selected candidates shall acquire the prescribed proficiency through departmental on-the-job training after joining within probation period. Their proficiency shall be assessed before confirmation.
Applicants already in government service or in the service of autonomous bodies, corporations, etc., must apply through the proper channel after obtaining an NOC.
Original documents along with a set of attested copies of certificates issued by recognized Board / IBCC as well as CNIC and Domicile Certificate or valid residence certificate of Balochistan must be presented at the time of the interview.
In case any information furnished by the applicant is found fake or bogus, his or her candidature shall stand cancelled during any stage of recruitment and also after employment.
No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in interview.
