Establishment of Mountaineering Institute at Shigar Vacancies
The provincial Government has received funds from the Federal Government for implementation of the PSDP project “Establishment of Mountaineering Institute at Shigar”. Applications are invited from eligible candidates having Gilgit-Baltistan domicile for the following project-based contract positions:

| Assistant Resident Engineer | B.Sc Civil Engineering from a recognized University by HEC Pakistan duly registered with PEC | Minimum (5–7) years of experience in civil engineering field. Relevant experience of working in Building Projects / PSDP Projects shall be preferred. |
| Assistant Quantity Surveyor | B.Sc Civil Engineering / DAE / B.Tech (Civil) from a recognized University or College by HEC Pakistan duly registered with PEC / Institute accredited by Technical Board | Minimum (3–5) years of experience in Civil Engineering projects or (5–7) years post Diploma experience in civil engineering field. Relevant experience of working in any Building / PSDP projects as AQS/QS shall be preferred. |
| Senior Accounts Clerk | BBA / B.Com from a recognized University or College by HEC Pakistan | Minimum (3–5) years of experience in relevant field and capable to handling the account matters of PSDP / Development projects. |
| Cashier | BA / B.Com from a recognized University or College by HEC Pakistan | Minimum (3) years of experience in relevant field and capable to handling the account matters of PSDP / Development projects. |
| Chowkidar | Primary / Middle | Primary / Middle qualification. |
Terms & Conditions and Application Instructions
- Tenure: Appointments will be purely on a contract basis for a period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance and continuation of the project.
- Domicile Requirement: Candidates having domicile of Gilgit-Baltistan are only eligible to apply.
- In-Service Candidates: Applicants already working in Government / Semi-Government departments should apply through proper channel.
- How to Apply: Application along with covering letter, CV, 02 recent passport-size photographs, attested copies of educational/experience documents, and CNIC must be submitted to the address below within 15 days of publication of the advertisement.
- Clear Mention: Documents should be submitted with clear mention of the post applied for on the envelope/application.
- Selection & Quotas: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Female candidates are encouraged to apply, and Disable Quota will be considered as per Govt. rules.
- No TA/DA: No TA/DA is admissible for test/interview.
