Initial Contract & Appointment Terms
- Assistant Director (BPS-17): Contract period is initially for six (06) months and likely to be made permanent based on performance evaluation.
- Technical Assistant (BS-14): Contract period is initially for one (01) year, extendable on the basis of performance evaluation.
Eligibility Criteria & General Instructions
- Nationality: Open to Pakistani Nationals meeting the requisite qualifications, experience, and age limits.
- Government/Public Sector Employees: Candidates currently working in Public Sector Departments or Organizations must apply through proper channels and present a Departmental Permission Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
- Age Calculation: Minimum and maximum age will be calculated as of the closing date for receipt of applications.
- Documents Required: Candidates called for the test/interview must bring original educational certificates, domicile, experience certificates, along with one set of attested copies.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test or interview.
- Security Clearance: Final selection is subject to security clearance from relevant authorities.
