| Deputy Manager (Finance) MIRAD (Contractual Pay Scale: 18) | • ACA / ACMA / ACCA Member or any equivalent qualification recognized by a body of professional Accountants; OR • ACA Intermediate / ICMA Intermediate / ACCA Affiliate or equivalent qualification with 3 years relevant experience; OR • M.Com / MBA (Finance) / MS Finance with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in financial management, contract/commercial finance, treasury, or regulatory finance (preferably in power/utility sector). • Additional Requirement: Understanding of CTBCM, Regulatory Affairs, bilateral contract, and bidding process. Knowledge of electricity market is an added advantage. |
| Deputy Manager (Legal & Contract) (Contractual Pay Scale: 18) | • LLB (16 years) / LLM from an HEC-recognized university. • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in contract, corporate / commercial law, or regulatory litigation (preferably involving power/energy sector or public sector entities). |
General Instructions & Terms
- Nature of Employment: Purely contractual basis under applicable PESCO Contractual Employees Policy on a lump-sum pay basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be citizens of Pakistan.
- In-Service Applicants: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Public Sector Organizations must apply through proper channel.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates meeting prescribed eligibility criteria will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Original documents along with a valid CNIC must be produced at the time of interview.
